Welcome to our new program at St. Patrick School for the 2011-2012 school year!  Spanish is being offered to all students in Grades K-8.  The new classes are being taught by Senorita Barbour.

     The students are enthusiastic ad learning quickly.  If you walk through the halls of the school building, you may be greeted with a friendly phrase like "Hola" or "Buenos dias" to let you know that you are welcome.  One of the things we will be focusing on in September and October is Hispanic heritage and culture.  Each grade level will be learning about the important contributions of Hispanic Americans and reading stories about Spanish culture as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15-October 15.
